Job Summary
The Tenant Relations Officer is in charge of the management of the relationship between property managers or landlords and tenants, ensuring positive communication, resolving issues promptly, and fostering a sense of community. Strong tenant relations contribute to higher tenant satisfaction, retention, and overall property success by reducing turnover and ensuring a pleasant living or working environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any Business related course
- Minimum of 2–3 years in property management, customer service, or a similar role.
- Experience in handling tenant or client relationships is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with tenants and resolving issues effectively.
- Strong conflict resolution and mediation abilities.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tenant concerns and property needs simultaneously.
- Great attention to detail ensuring accurate documentation and communication.
- Understanding of property management practices is a plus.
