JDN Realty sends off its second batch of interns with a graduation ceremony organized by the Human Resource (HR) department, in collaboration with the Marketing department, on Thursday, September 19, 2024 in eNtec1, Nepo Center.
HR Senior Manager, Riza Caladiao, kicked off the program with a welcoming remarks for the interns. This was followed by congratulatory messages from some members of the JDN leadership team โ Raquel Pangilinan, Finance Controller; John Balatbat, HR Senior Supervisor; Engr. James Balboa, Senior Supervisor – Electromechanical Engineering; and Chito Gomez, Head of Marketing.
Aside from Wilkerson, Vice President for Operations, Aaron Montenegro, also delivered a special message, sharing words of encouragement and inspiration that the interns can bring with them to their professional journeys.
For the main part of the program, the interns received their Certificate of Completion from their supervisors. Interns from the Facilities & Engineering Department then presented Certificates of Appreciation to their supervisor, Engr. Balboa, and to the organization.
Mark Vega, an HR intern, also expressed his gratitude for the internship opportunity at JDN: โIโm thankful that JDN is my stepping stone. I would like to thank the executives and the leaders for the bond and the experiences.โ
