In the spirit of giving thanks, JDN Realty Group hosted Denim & Diamonds: A Media Thanksgiving Party at Nepo Center on November 21, Thursday, celebrating its strong and trusted media family. The company is thrilled to welcome many of its skilled media partners, content creator friends, and industry professionals who have tirelessly helped share its story and amplify its mission and vision to the community year-round.

Kicking off the party was Trixie N. Valdes, Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager, who said in her welcoming remarks, “Tonight, we gather not only to celebrate but to express our heartfelt gratitude to all of you—our esteemed media partners, whose unwavering support and dedication have been instrumental in further strengthening the brand of Nepo Center. This journey has been extraordinary, and we owe much of it to your efforts in amplifying our story. Whether through your platforms, publications, or features, you’ve helped us share our milestones, announce our developments, and connect with the communities we serve. Your partnership is one of our greatest assets, and for that, we are truly grateful.”

This year’s thanksgiving celebration was an intimate celebration of gratitude, collaboration, and shared successes, giving everyone the opportunity to come together and forge deeper connections. A toast was shared among the attendees, holding the promise of an even stronger JDN media family for 2025.

Afterwards, guests enjoyed an exciting mix of activities: minor and major raffle draws, where everyone was lucky enough to walk away with a fantastic prize; and upbeat games that had everyone on their feet, singing, dancing, and laughing. The fun didn’t stop there—there was also a Best Dressed special award, where attendees showcased their creativity and style, with winners being recognized for their spectacular fashion sense.

To top it all off, JDN–represented by Inah Reyes Dayrit, Brand and PR Strategist; Maribel Ronquillo, Office Spaces Senior Manager; and Valdes–proudly recognized and honored its valued media and marketing partners with Certificates of Appreciation, celebrating their unwavering support and collaboration throughout the year.

Chito Gomez, Head of Marketing, ended the night with a heartwarming message for the JDN media family: “Last year, we were all dreamers. We were just dreaming about this day that we’ll have our very own JDN Media family. So with the efforts of Team Brand, led by [Brand and PR Strategist] Inah, we were able to live the dream. So I would like to thank everyone, our leadership team [who is] very supportive [of our] efforts in creating this team, in, actually, starting the PR of JDN. This is just the start of making things stronger, better for JDN, and together, collectively, we’ll reach more heights and more feats as we enter the next year.”
