Angeles City, Pampanga – JDN Realty Group has officially signed an agreement with BPI Business Banking on June 11, 2024 to provide customized financial solutions specifically made for Nepo Center tenants.
“Our role here is to facilitate the program and to try and make sure that our tenants can avail [the plan]. In the long run, it will pay off through stronger relationships,” Rick N. Wilkerson, JDN President & CEO, shared.
The partnership, formalized by a ceremonial signing, allows Nepo Center tenants including those in Dagupan and Alaminos to scale up and further grow their businesses through the BPI Ka-Negosyo Loan.
We base our actions on family values, to be compassionate and help people out. We forego any financial interest on our part to improve the rates for our tenants to the lowest possible rate. We hope that they will prosper and grow, and our benefit will come through longer and enduring relationships.
With minimal documents required and at no collateral, tenants may apply for loans starting at P300k up to P5M with just 0.84% monthly – a special rate obtained by JDN by not accepting commissions. In addition, loan applicants are only required to pay for the interest on the first three months. Monthly amortization will start on the fourth month.

The agreement was formally signed by Rick N. Wilkerson, JDN President & CEO; Raquel Pangilinan, JDN Finance Controller; Dominique Ocliasa, BPI SVP & Business Banking Segment Head; and Rhodora Pagulayan, BPI VP & Business Banking Distribution Head.
