Engr. Peter G. Nepomuceno

President from 1965 – 2001

The youngest son in the household, Peter G. Nepomuceno, who grew up to be an engineer, was the one who continued the family’s legacy and ensured that it was sustained for the generations to come.

1962 – At just 22 years old, Peter, a driven and determined entrepreneur, envisioned the development of a residential community in the city.

1965, October 26 – Teresa G. Nepomuceno (TGN) Realty was incorporated.

1966 – Villa Teresa, a 64-hectare subdivision, was developed.

1968 – Nepo Mart 1 was established as a center of trade and became the flagship enterprise for “stateside” goods for Angeleños.

1970 to the 80s – With the continued growth of Nepo Mart 1, there had been an opportunity for further expansion, resulting in the development of Nepo Mart II and the Angeles Business Center, commonly referred to as the ABC Building.

1975 – Nepo Mart III, formerly known as ComTrust Arcade, was built. Its name originated from Commercial Bank and Trust (ComTrust) Bank, which was the first occupant of the building. In 1980, ComTrust was subsumed into the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), hence the latter’s current occupancy at the building’s ground floor.

1979, January 5 – JDN Sons, Inc. was incorporated to own, hold, manage, and administer real estate and personal properties.

1985 – Scaling up the residential offerings, the development of 60 hectares of land in Bacolor, Pampanga commenced which gave birth to Holy Angel Village, a series of six subdivisions in neighboring Telabastagan and Bacolor, and subsequently after, Villagio Real in the 2000s.

Mid-1980s – The San Nicolas Public Market became overcrowded as local entrepreneurs flocked to start their businesses. To address this, then-Mayor Francisco “Kitong” Nepomuceno enlisted the help of Peter G. Nepomuceno, who, through TGN Realty, provided space for businesses to operate while the market was being renovated. This expansion allowed businesses to return to San Nicolas, while others remained in the Nepo area, now known as the “talipapa”.

1992 – Angeles Industrial Park, Inc. (AIPI) was established, a sprawling 32 hectares of land formerly known as Holy Angel Industrial Estate located in Bacolor, Pampanga, to complement the government’s rehabilitation program of providing livelihood opportunities for those adversely affected by Mt. Pinatubo’s eruption in 1991.

2003, March 14 – JDNSI developed Nepo Mall Angeles and started its operations as the first community mall in the city. It was the first of its kind in Angeles City offering a wide range of goods and services in one location, making shopping convenient for consumers.

2004 – Wespan Development Corporation was founded and opened Nepo Mart Alaminos in Pangasinan, welcoming local entrepreneurs and fisherfolks which served as a testament to its mission of improving the quality of life of the people in the community.

2005, December  – The 15 hectares of land beside Holy Angel Village was developed into another premier subdivision named Villagio Real. Its exclusive community atmosphere offers privacy and a sense of prestige and status to both residents and investors looking for potential long-term investment benefits. Its amenities such as gated entrance, landscaped grounds, clubhouse facilities, and swimming pool enhance the residents’ quality of life.
