In line with the goal of strengthening the brand presence of JDN Realty in the industry, the Marketing department took part in event partnerships, particularly the Italian Chamber of Commerce: Subic-Clark Business Conference in February and 2023 TCS Clark Animo International Marathon in March.
Chito Gomez, Head of Marketing, emphasized the value of creating relevant partnerships, as well as building connections and networks within the industry and other adjacent industries. According to him, it serves to be “one of the major keys to success” that will make JDN one of the significant players in the industry.
Still, Gomez affirmed that: “We need to plot the seeds in the first two to three years, so we can reap business benefits from various partnerships in the next years and decades for the business. It takes time to build something that lasts and [is] strong enough to surmount any business tide and relevant enough to take opportunities in the market we play in.”
